Privacy policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This website, nickolatest.com, is the personal website of Nickola Naous ("I", "me"). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

  • Contact form. When you send a message I receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, and your newsletter preference if you tick the box.
  • Newsletter. If you sign up, I store your email address so I can send you the letter. Nothing else.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, the server records basic request logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These are used for security and to keep the site running.

How I use it

I use what you send to reply to you, to send the letter you asked for, and to operate the website. I do not sell personal data. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site and deliver email.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. There is no advertising and no cross site tracking.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation. You can leave the newsletter at any time and your address is removed.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. Email nickola@naous.net and I will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.
